Mallika Plays Dirty With Priyanka, John

Mallika Sherawat and controversy go hand-in-hand. 

More often than not, she 'creates' controversy. 

A case of such 'creation' is yesterday's event at an Andheri lounge where Mallika was present to promote her upcoming film Dirty Politics.



Without batting an eyelid, she took a dig at Priyanka Chopra and John Abraham!

When told that one of Madhur Bhandarkar's upcoming films Madamji too has a political backdrop, Mallika said, "Priyanka? Kya competition? Kahan ka competition? Kahan Madamji, kahan Dirty Politics?  Koi film nahi hai competition mere Dirty Politics ke saamne, Madamji to bilkul nahi."

We wonder if this was her way of taking revenge from Priyanka slamming her last year. For those who have come in late, Priyanka was highly offended by Mallika's statement at the 66th Cannes International Film Festival. Priyanka had told a section of the media:  I think we are a progressive nation. I disagree that we are a regressive nation. We are all sitting here and talking about educating the girl child, taking our country forward. I think it's a misrepresentation of what our great nation is on the world platform. When it comes to Mallika's statements, I think they were very callous and I don't agree with her. It was upsetting for me as a woman. It was upsetting for me as a girl who comes from India. I think it was extreme misrepresentation of our nation. I don't think it's fair.

Not over yet, the Haryanvi gal  went on to take a on John Abraham's butt scene in Dostana when questioned on objectification of female actors in Bollywood? "Why say that for female actors only? Even John is objectified in several of his movies," she quipped.

We wonder what Priyanka and John have to say on this.
